I'm looking for a logic analyzer to serve the following needs:
- New development
- 8 channels
- Able to sample 100MHz signals
- Compatible with 5v, 3.3v, 1.8v, and 1.2v signal levels
- Decoders for SPI, I2C, CAN
- Nice to have: decoders for DMX512, USB
- Retro equipment troubleshooting/reversing (and ECLair development)
- 32+ channels
- Able to sample 25MHz signals
- Compatible with 5v and ECL (-0.8/-1.6) levels
- Nice to have: ability to write custom decoders
Overall requirements:
- < $1000
- Either PC-hosted or remotely accessible from a PC
